MUNNYWORLD CHAMPION!

update on the kidrobot munnyworld contest.  i sadly had to forfeit my Best Foomi and Best Raffy titles........ but i win BEST IN SHOW! so excited!

It has come to our attention that the original Best In Show winner was in violation of our rules and to be fair it was disqualified. We now declare that “Doctor Poingeckster and Flamingor” by Kasey Tararuj is the the new 2012 grand champion of MUNNYWORLD. Because of this decision, Sean Viloria has been awarded Best RAFFY and Charles dRodriguez is now Best FOOMI.

it's been long enough to get over it, but i'm my excitement is never going to die for my big double win from the most recent munnyworld megacontest. in fact, i has been brought back to the top of my mind when i received my unexpectedly large amount of prizes. please don't take this as my bragging-- i am genuinely really excited to share with the world, and even moreso anxious to put these prizes to good use.

(although i do enjoy bragging to tim and watch his dreams crushed. someone's got to keep him on his toes.)

my foomi win was especially exciting, as chosen by MAD (popular toy designer/artist). i have much respect for him and his work, and he's one of tim's favorites, so we have a nice big(ish) collection of his work in our place.

i believe i mentioned previously that my raffy was chosen by erykah badu, a famous or popular singer of sorts? which is cool.
 so much! huge boxes, full of goodies, all for me. 2 megamunnys which are 20" each.

as part of the win, i was also informed i'd be hearing more about a custom show possibly involving a 18" dunny, so keep an eye out for that. sounds unbelievable and amazing. i am like a giddy little school girl.

basically, if anyone notices i have been slacking off and not whipping out at least some new customs each month, just send me over to this post as a kick in the ass to remind myself of how lucky i am to have been given such a wonderful opportunity to get my customs flowing on a more constant basis. no excuses when there's so many blank toys just dying to come to life!

who's snowed in and bored?! well even if you're not, it's time to play my games and win some free artwork. woooo.

as mentioned previously, i filled a sketchbook with a ton of characters as 1EG'S. i'll tell you more about that later, since i want to get to the point of this post immediately.... i thought it would be fun to host a contest for some free art! let's see how many of you are willing to devote some time to win awesome free art. yeah, i'm calling my art awesome. so follow this link to see 80+ images of my 1EG's. 

HERE'S THE CONTEST! name each character by name, #1-88 and email answers to kctararuj@gmail.com . i will randomly pick one submission out of a hat for a FREE PAINTING of his or her favorite character from the contest ! AND! no matter what, anyone who submits (and answers all correctly) gets a free sketch of their favorite character. everyone wins!

• each character is numbered.  below each photo are 2-4 numbers (depending on how many characters per page).  every number must have an answer.
• to win a painting: you must name every single character BY NAME in order to win the painting.  if you know what they are from, but don't know their name, figure it out! (except #83, because i don't know her name)
• to win a sketch: you must name every single character by name OR what they are from
• everyone gets ONE free hint. meaning, if you need help, you can ask for one hint while remaining eligible to win a painting. TWO or MORE hints eliminates you from a free painting, but you can still win a free sketch (that means you can ask for as many hints as needed).  email kctararuj@gmail.com for hints.
• entries must be received by february 14 (that's over two weeks!)
