I painted this for my good friend Bill Hewitt who has a collection of artwork with ninjas holding pez dispensers.  Of course i went in the direction of the 1EG's and went with a skunk head after making Billiam Stinkerstench for this same friend.  Because he stinks, like a skunk.

Meet Billiam Stinkerstench! 

I made Billiam as a gift for a friend who loves to insult me, so i used my art skills to send minor insult his way.  I made Billiam the skunk for my buddy Bill (Lickyourelbow) because he stinks. Even Billiam can't stand the wretched stench he bestows upon others.

Billiam is my very first micro foomi.  I absolutely love the teeny tiny platform and am so excited to create so many more smaller scaled pieces and series.

screwball the skunk

screwball the skunk for my show at redhorse gallery. when i sketched him out, i drew him holding a flower, but tim suggested to draw metal nuts instead. i did screws because they are more aesthetically pleasing to my eyes, but kept to the same basic idea. thanks to crappy picture texts, he thought the kritter was a squirrel, hence the nut idea.. and thus the birth of screwball the skunk.  i wish it was a better story.
