sneak peek week: worms!

sneak peek day 5! remember my worms series? here's 5 more- to be painted soon. i don't put any time into these and they are poorly sculpted, if you could even call it that. i don't know why i'm so amused by these. love them

and on a related note... one of my favorite artists, amanda visell, has a new toy line coming out in april. i'm beyond excited and i need every single one which will probably never happen once the rare ones are a zillion dollars a piece. but check them out here and check her work out here.

angry worm

this is angry worm. i you will see each of his friends this week up close. i use apoxie sculpt to make my sculptures, where you mix part A with part B, and have only 2-3 hours to work with it before it hardens. too often i have mixed too much and ended up with lots of chunks of wasted clay. which is just wrong. i started making worms with the left over clay. i'm going to have an army of worms !
